Who We Serve
Lynch & Associates provides services to municipalities, developers and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WDOT). We currently serve as the Town Engineers for the Towns of Dover, East Troy, Eagle and Spring Prairie. Lynch & Associates consistently provides unique services to our townships. In 2010 we assisted Dover, Troy and Jefferson in obtaining ARRA Stimulus Funds to finance large road improvement projects they otherwise would have been unable to complete alone.
As private development engineers, Lynch & Associates understands engineering issues as well as the challenges developers face. We have completed numerous projects as engineers and have joined in partnerships with others. We currently are partners in the Fyre Lake National Golf Course and Development (http://www.fyrelakenational.com). Located in Sherrard, Illinois and situated between two lakes, we partnered with Nicklaus Design and Golf Creations and completed the civil engineering design and construction management. The residential portion of the design includes 234 units served by sewer and water, with nine sewer lift stations.
Lynch & Associates also provides construction management services to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WDOT). This area of our company has seen recent growth, which we anticipate to continue under the leadership and experience of Leah Knapp. Ms. Knapp has served as assistant project manager for numerous projects including STH 16, CTH K, CTH ES, CTH T and CTH V all in Waukesha County. That same year she was an inspector on the Germantown CTH Q road widening project in Washington County. In 2010, Ms. Knapp was the project manager for the design of STH 67 in Walworth County.
